The basis of our BEM Professional is an individual framework contract with a minimum term of 12 months. The framework contract regulates all services within the framework of the BEM Professional.

The BEM Professional price model consists of three interlocking elements: the process implementation, a basic fee, and a flat rate per case.

The BEM Professional process implementation is the systematic launch of re-integration management in your company. We take care of the legal safeguarding of the re-integration process and inform your managers and employees comprehensively about the forthcoming introduction of re-integration management.

The comprehensive support for your company as well as all running costs are covered by the monthly BEM Professional basic fee, which includes, among other things, the preparation and evaluation of monthly re-integration statistics, the examination of the individual employee's entitlement to a re-integration procedure, the initiation of the individual re-intergation procedure and the holding of informational briefings.

The individual re-integration procedure and all associated costs are settled within the framework of the BEM Professional case flat rate. The case flat rate is due upon the employee's agreement to an individual re-integration procedure.
