Annual BEM Professional report

What information does the annual BEM Professional report contain?

Updated over 2 years ago

Within the framework of our BEM Professional, we fully implement re-integration management in your company.

To ensure that you are always informed about the status quo of your re-integration management and the individual re-integration procedures, we record all information relevant to you as an employer and prepare it clearly for you in our monthly BEM Professional status report.

In addition, we conduct an annual evaluation of the entire re-integration procedure and compile the results in the BEM Professional report. This report gives you a detailed insight into the re-integration procedure in your company and the most important findings of our evaluation. This enables you to derive concrete actions and, if necessary, adjustments together with your consultant. Often our evaluation also brings to light important findings about occupational health, from which not only your long-term sick employees benefit, but all employees as a whole; especially if the findings can be transferred to the workplaces of a large number of employees.

The annual BEM Professional report contains the following information and key figures:

Case figures

The evaluation of the re-integration case numbers is based on company data as well as specific key figures within the framework of the re-integration procedures carried out.

This includes:

  • Employees who have been contacted

  • Employees who have become active themselves

  • Participants in the re-integration procedure (re-integration acceptance rate)

  • Number of informational briefings

  • Number of re-integration meetings

  • Number of accompanying health coaching sessions

  • Number of final meetings

  • Discontinuation of the re-integration procedure (re-integration discontinuation rate)

Characteristics of long-term sick employees

The average physical and personal characteristics of long-term sick employees are determined. This can be used in particular to improve companywide activities in health promotion, as the relevant target groups can be addressed more precisely.

The personal characteristics of the employee entitled to a re-integration procedure are self-assessments in the following areas:

  • Expectations & attitudes

  • Sports habits

  • Smoking habits

  • Health status

  • Private life

  • Professional life

  • Nutritional habits

  • Relaxation state

  • Fitness level

  • Workability

  • Workspaces

  • Diseases

Any data processed will only be collected with the consent of the employee entitled to a re-integration procedure.

The BEM Professional Report only contains anonymised data which cannot be traced back to individual persons.
